If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our concierge team will facilitate a professional return or exchange process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our client service department within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Professional Inspection
A certified piano technician will perform a brief on-site assessment to confirm the instrument remains in its original showroom condition.
- 3.Scheduled Collection
We will coordinate with our specialized white-glove piano movers to safely transport the instrument from your residence back to our gallery.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once the instrument is received and verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable specialized moving fees.
